• New name approved for Eden Prairie Schools' Valley View Campus (eplocalnews.org) — Eden Prairie Schools has officially renamed its Valley View campus "Epicenter," a new multiuse education and community hub in the former Supervalu headquarters on Valley View Road. School Board members approved the name after extensive branding work and feedback from students, staff, and local partners like the Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce, while also debating how the branding can feel inclusive for all 9,000 district students.
   

• Vickerman Christmas Decor Warehouse Sale (thriftyminnesota.com) — Eden Prairie shoppers can score up to 75% off Christmas trees, lights, wreaths, and décor at Vickerman's public warehouse sale on City West Parkway, running October 4 through December 13.
