Watch safely from inside through the building’s full-length viewing windows as the beekeeper at the Tashjian Bee and Pollinator Discovery Center inspects the Bee Center’s honey bee hives, explaining the process as she goes, during three viewing sessions: 10:30-11, 11:30-12 and 1-1:30 pm.&nbsp; Please reserve your gate admission on the website.

Some kids get quiet around team sports — worried about messing up in front of everyone, or just not "sporty" in the traditional sense. Squash sessions are built differently. 
Our Free Junior Try-It Day is beginner-only, low-pressure, and genuinely encouraging — coaches and kids cheer each other on, mistakes are part of learning, and every kid starts from zero regardless of athletic background.

Enjoy live music throughout the summer!&nbsp;This year, we welcome new and returning artists to our series, which occurs June through September.&nbsp;Join us every Sunday afternoon from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Today we are welcoming The Ambassadors! Rootstock Cafe will be open with food, beer and wine available as well as the Rootstock Ice Cream Cart (weather permitting).&nbsp;The series is included with your general daily admission to the Arboretum, please reserve your admission on the website.

i9 Sports South Metro Minneapolis is a locally owned youth sports organization serving families throughout Bloomington, Burnsville, Apple Valley, Savage, Prior Lake, Shakopee, Lakeville, Jordan, St. Paul, New Prague, and surrounding cities. The organization provides recreational league play for boys and girls ages 3–14, focusing on building confidence, character, and teamwork within the local community. They offer a variety of youth programs including soccer, flag football, basketball, baseball, and tennis. Designed to accommodate busy schedules, the organization features a convenient one-day-a-week format where practices and games occur on the same day. Their seasonal programs run for 5–7 weeks throughout the year, ensuring consistent opportunities for skill development across multiple sports.
