Founded by Deborah Peteler, AnnapurnaBlue offers transformative wellness retreats and programs designed for individuals navigating life transitions, health challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal reinvention. With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. AnnapurnaBlue is especially supportive of women ages 35–70+ navigating grief, life-altering illness, menopause, empty nesting, career transitions, and other profound shifts. Host family needed for a scholarship exchange student.  Omar, age 15, of Egypt has received a scholarship through the U.S. State Department to study here in the United States for the upcoming school year.   Omar enjoys soccer and loves animals -- he is hoping to live with a host family who has a dog.  Omar would like to be a doctor in the future.  If you would like more information on hosting , please contact Joey at <a href="mailto:jdanielsenadams@ayusa.org" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">jdanielsenadams@ayusa.org</a> or 763-432-7856.   Thank you!
