Edina Boys and Girls Lacrosse season will be starting in a little more than a week. The Official start of the 2014 MSHSL lacrosse season is March 31st. All players need to register with Edina High School by March 28th to avoid any late signing fees. This year will mark the third year the boys team and the first year that the girls team will have mandatory practices during Spring break. This year the boys team will only be returning six seniors. Another six decided not to return. It is a tough decision for a young athlete to miss their senior year Spring break. The players that stay home say that they will miss a fun week of vacation but are looking forward to eight weeks of fun playing a sport they enjoy with a great group of teammates. Creating memories and friendships that will last a lifetime.
