Nine Edina athletes signed letters to play NCAA Division I & II sports on Wednesday February 5th, (Video link below). The nine athletes are Jackie Pieper - Hockey, Lara Boman - Soccer, Holly Berling - Soccer, Nick Mertes - Football, Colin Ritter - Football, Lindzy Fox - Lacrosse, Ted Goltzman - Lacrosse, Kate Moreton - Swimming, and Tyler Nanne - Hockey. Not only are these nine players elite athletes they are accomplished students too. The nine athletes have a combined 3.6 GPA. Buzz Rehnberg another Edina athlete has recently committed to Division I IVY League Cornell. Congratulations to all these athlete scholars.
