Did you know that AAA Minneapolis will begin offering roadside assistance to bicyclists in Hennepin County beginning July 1st?
To kick off this new service, we will be holding a fun event for all ages on June 29th from 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM. This event is free to the public and will include:
- 5k all ages bike ride/walk (with 1 mile option); the ride starts and ends at AAA Minneapolis; participants should bring their own bike and helmet
- Bicycle maintenance and safety demonstration from Freewheel Bike
- Bicycle expo
- Kids helmet fittings and bike rodeo from Bicycle Alliance of Minnesota
- Prizes and giveaways
- Raffle (Proceeds will benefit the Minneapolis Auto Club Foundation for Safety)
- Food provided by Joey Nova's Pizzeria
- And more!
