Edina-based Amma Parenting Center Partners with Creative Kidstuff

Creative Kidstuff and Edina-based Amma Parenting Center, the Twin Cities’ most comprehensive resource for new and expecting parents, are partnering to bring Amma Parenting Center’s new parent classes to St. Paul residents.

By partnering with Creative Kidstuff, Amma is able to make its classes more convenient for St. Paul parents. It’s yet another way that both companies are working to help parents access the resources and information they need.

Sleep Like a Baby: The Yellow Light: As soon as baby reaches three months old, it’s time to start building strong sleeping patterns. Learn about nap schedules, overnight sleep, phasing out overnight eating, weaning off the swaddlers and pacifiers, and laying a good sleep foundation.

When: Thursday, November 8, 6:30 p.m.  – 8:30 p.m.

Tuition: $40 per couple

The New Mama Class: New moms are invited to a welcoming environment where they can get help on topics that concern them such as feeding, sleeping, soothing, vaccinations and pediatric visits, postpartum adjustment, emotions, returning to work and more.

When: Every Monday, December 3 – January 14, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Tuition: $125 per Mom for the 6-week session (no class December 24)

Sleep Like a Baby: The Green Light: Meet with a registered nurse to get the truth about what to expect in your newborns’ first three months. Getting a newborn to sleep is a lot harder than it sounds. The class will discuss specific strategies to get baby to adopt healthy sleeping habits from day one.

Tuition: $25 per couple
