The Parents of the Class of 2012 Needs Your Help. Consider being a Sponsor or Donate to the Senior Party

The Edina Senior Party  is a very special Edina tradition where parents of seniors contribute endless time, talent and financial support honoring the EHS seniors at an all night celebration. This event is held at the High School immediately following the graduation ceremony.

This is not only a cherished tradition, but is also an event with a purpose. At its origin in the 1950’s, Edina was a leader in the United States, creating the first all-night “lock-in” graduation party to keep students safe and off the roads on a night that often lends itself to recklessness. But..more than that, the party is nothing less than spectacular and gives the graduates on their last night of high school a night they will never forget.

Financial support is crucial to the success of the party.  This is a self funded event that receives no money from the school district.  In addition to proceeds from fundraising, a per student fee will be charged to every student that attends the party. Parents and other volunteers help raise the additional funds needed to create this special night. This additional funding is raised in various ways through-out the school year. You can support the party through sponsorship, participation in a fundraiser,  cash donations, or goods and services. 

Edina Senior Party 2012 is looking for Sponsors for this great event. If you own a business or know of a business that would be interested in not only helping out for a great cause but at the same time, the opportunity to get great exposure to hundreds of people from the Edina area and surrounding communities.

Donations:

Consider making a donation to the Edina Senior Party, we are an affiliated 501c3 organization through the Edina Community Foundation - your donation is tax deductible.  Donations help extend assistance to students who may not be able to attend otherwise,  prizes and general operating assistance to create an evening our seniors will never forget.

Checks payable to: Edina Community Foundation - for details on where to mail, please check out the website.

Prizes:  Gift Cards, prizes, event tickets, sports passes/equipment, experience packages, Gift Certificates, most anything is being accepted, contact Cate Faulkner at cate@ftc1.com for more information on prizes.

Theme specific donations:  Edina parents of seniors - check the white board at the warehouse for theme specific donations that are needed.

Bachman's Gift Cards:  available in any denomination of $5-$500, and they never expire.  Contact information is given on the Edina Senior Party website.

Boxers for Boxer Bingo:  Sizes Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large.  Make sure to check out sales for post holiday or occassion themed boxers.
