Several years ago, Master Bespoke Tailor Eric W. Stiles Sr. taught professional online fashion classes through 61 colleges across the United States and 2 colleges in Canada. The college serving your community was one of those institutions, giving local residents the opportunity to study professional sewing, tailoring, garment construction, pattern making, alterations, and other specialized fashion skills.
As the nationwide program continued to grow, Mr. Stiles stepped away from online teaching to redesign the program and make it more affordable and accessible. Those classes are now returning through EWS Fashion Academy, with Online Mini-Courses beginning September 12, 2026. Unlike the previous college-sponsored program, students now register directly through the Academy, and most Mini-Course sessions are just $17.00.
With more than four decades of experience, advanced training with Brioni in Italy, professional work with Brioni, Giorgio Armani, Polo Ralph Lauren, and Tom Ford, and teaching both online and live at 11 Illinois colleges, Mr. Stiles continues to bring professional fashion education to students everywhere.

Art Play Learn Online

Take an art-creation journey each week that helps you develop your art technique and your artistic expression. Each week there will be a theme which will result in following instructor-led guided art and then adding your own personal artist spice to it using a variety of art media.Some examples from the past have been a guided drawing of an endangered animal with students' individual ideas of the landscape that animal might live in. The landscape ideas are formed using the Socratic Method of asking them questions that do not necessarily have to be answered out loud- but can be. Just letting those questions bounce around your head will help ideas form and get curated. In addition to learning art techniques and expression, students gain knowledge about the theme through fun facts, and games.

i9 Sports South Metro Minneapolis is a locally owned youth sports organization serving families throughout Bloomington, Burnsville, Apple Valley, Savage, Prior Lake, Shakopee, Lakeville, Jordan, St. Paul, New Prague, and surrounding cities. The organization provides recreational league play for boys and girls ages 3–14, focusing on building confidence, character, and teamwork within the local community. KRE Prime is an adaptive brand focused on style, accessibility and innovative design. The jumpsuit includes one base pant and two interchangeable tops, allowing wearers to create multiple looks from a single set. Each piece can be worn separately or connected with a discreet zipper to form a full jumpsuit. Grady said the inspiration came from personal experience. Although she appreciated the clean, minimal look of jumpsuits, she found them difficult to wear in everyday situations. “I wanted something that felt effortless but also worked with the way people actually live,” she said. “It needed to be beautiful, but also practical.” That balance extends to accessibility. The design allows the bottom portion to be removed without taking off the top, offering a more flexible and comfortable option for people with a range of mobility needs. Made from structured stretch fabric using recycled materials, the jumpsuit is designed to hold its shape while remaining comfortable enough for all-day wear. It is intended to transition easily from work to evening. Although KRE Prime operates as a digital-first brand, its roots are local. Grady, who launched the company in part to honor her late sister, said she wanted to create clothing that feels inclusive, thoughtful, and easy to wear.
