is hosting a Recruitment Open House on Thursday, June 12th from 1-7pm.
We're looking to meet individuals interested in our Customer Experience
Representative/Retention opportunities!

• Location: Comcast, 9705 Data Park Dr, Minnetonka, MN 55343 (South of 169 Interstate)
• Dress Code: Professional Dress (as you would for a job interview)

The
Customer Experience Representative/Retention (CER) roles are a critical
facet of our organization, as they are responsible for retaining customers.
These individuals serve as the last Comcast resource to retain our
customers and - by providing exceptional customer service - turn them
into loyal customers.  

Candidates
for this role must have a high school diploma or GED, as well as a
minimum of one year of customer service experiece.  Candidates also must
have excellent communication skills. Individuals with a sales
background are highly desirable as well.

What happens during the Recruitment Open House?

Candidates will have the opportunity to tour our facility and learn how the department operates.
As a candidate, you will also be able to speak with Hiring Managers
individually (as a pre-interview session) and possibly be able to start
the application process onsite.

How long can I expect to be at the Recruitment Open House?  Approximately how long will the process take?

The
tour and the pre-interview is estimated to take about 30 minutes total,
though you may want to allow extra time for any onsite paperwork and
for additional networking with our Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
