Edina, Minn., Aug. 12, 2020 – The Edina City Council will hold an electronic work session and meeting Tuesday, Aug. 18.

The work session will be held 5:30 p.m. for the Council to discuss the proposed 2021-2025 Capital Improvement Plan. Members of the public can listen to the work session by calling 833-360-0793 with Conference ID 1951159.

Members of the public can participate in “Community Comment” or the public hearing by calling 800-374-0221 with Conference ID 9178107 during the meeting. A public hearing is scheduled for the Council to consider the sale of City-owned land on Duggan Plaza to the Edina Housing Foundation. However, City Manager Scott Neal will recommend the City Council cancel the public hearing and allow staff to withdraw the proposal for affordable housing on the site, which was intended for park purposes.
To participate in Community Comment or testify during the public hearing, press *1 on your telephone keypad after connecting to the conference. An operator will mute your line and place you into a queue until it is your turn to speak. After the public hearing, the call will end.
