The Planning Commission meeting will begin at 7 p.m. Members of the public can watch the meeting live:

The meeting includes public hearings for the Commission to consider the following proposals:

  • Side yard setback variance for an addition at 6125 Westridge Blvd.
  • Variance from basement requirements for a new home at 6800 Brittany Road
  • Front yard setback to allow for a canopy structure above an existing ATM for Gateway Bank at 4528 France Ave.
  • Site plan review for 3451 Parklawn Ave. for York Gardens Senior Living
  • Several zoning ordinance amendments regarding setbacks in the Greater Southdale Area, building material requirements, affordable housing in commercial zoning districts, design experience guidelines and number of required garage stalls.

Members of the public can participate in the public hearings by calling 800-374-0221 with Conference ID 1486462 during the meeting. Press *1 on your telephone keypad when you are ready to testify in a public hearing. An operator will mute your line place you into a queue until it is your turn to speak. After the public hearings, the call will end.
