Edina Shooters Place 4th in Clay Target League Conference
Maggie Horan placed fourth in the conference, while Claire Jensen was 10th place.

The Edina High School trap-shooting team finished the season ranked fourth in its conference, according to the Minnesota State High School Clay Target League.
The team’s 74.5 points were 37 points behind 9A Conference winner McGregor-Aitkin-Cromwell High School.
Maggie Horan’s 17.2-point season average ranked her fourth in the conference, while Claire Jensen’s 8.9 points earned her 10th place.

The shooters will next try to carry their success into the Minnesota State High School Clay Target League State Tournament that takes place June 7 though 9 at the Alexandria Shooting Park. About 200 students are expected to compete.
