EDINA, Minn. (October 18, 2011)—Bespoke Hair Artisans is a new Minneapolis salon inspired by the British tradition of bespoke tailoring, the English version of haute couture and the highest standard of British craftsmanship in custom-made garments. Bespoke is hosting a two-day grand opening celebration on Tuesday, November 1 and Wednesday, Nov. 2 featuring free consultations, mini services and discounts.
Owners Lisa Williams and Margaret Menke Ayache, who each spent more than 13 years at JUUT before opening Bespoke Hair Artisans, have combined their considerable salon experience -- Williams’ managing and marketing savvy along with Ayache’s fashion and stylist expertise -- to create a boutique salon focused on bringing a new level of service to the Twin Cities.
“We believe style is deeply personal, unique and not something that comes from a cookie-cutter approach,” said Williams, co-founder of Bespoke. “A customized approach offers a style that benefits the individual and heightens the natural beauty that every person possesses.”
Bespoke offers a range of spa and salon services including haircuts and style, makeup application (everyday and bridal), balayage (hand painted highlights), massage, eyebrow threading, waxing, and facials. Bespoke also carries a unique line of products including, Kerastase, Shu Uemura, the local line, Intelligent Nutrients and highly coveted French skincare, Patyka, which are all known for delivering four essential values: performance, expertise, personalization and beauty.
The two-day Grand Opening celebration on Tuesday, Nov. 1 and Wednesday, Nov. 2 will give away a full makeover each night and will also offer free 10 minute customized consultation with beauty experts along with complimentary mini-massages, brow-waxing, brow-threading, makeup touchups and more.
“So often, people go into a salon with a vague idea of what style will look good on them, but not every look will work,” said Ayache, co-founder and head stylist for Bespoke. “We take into consideration their lifestyle, their bone structure, coloring and more to find the right look that truly enhances that individual’s beauty.”
