The public is invited to a panel discussion on the effect of photo ID on Minnesota's election process. The panel will address the history of voting rights, how the Minnesota constitution is ammended, how photo ID would affect elections and costs to taxpayers.
Panelists will include: Lonni Skrentner, retired AP Government teacher; Ann Higgins, Minnesota League of Cities and Debby McNeil, League of Women Voters Edina.
