Come and celebrate the joy of play and hone your skills with the flying disc (frisbee). The Friday evening zero waste picnic (ie bring your own food and picnic supplies, all waste will be composted) will start with family yoga at 5 pm to get loose, picnic and family friendly disc golf course set up and demonstrations of all 7 frisbee envents to be held on Sat and Sun at Highlands and Normandale Parks in Edina and Bryrant Lake disc golf course in Eden Prairie.
Demonstrations of Guts Frisbee and Ultimate Frisbee at lunch time on Saturday.
