Food and technology are coming together at Mozza Mia in Edina. Food bloggers, local cooks and other food enthusiasts will join with Verizon Wireless for an event that showcases the emergence of technology in dining.
Mozza Mia Executive Chef Heather Swan will demonstrate the fresh mozzarella-making process, and attendees will even be able to dig in and make different mozzarella shapes. In addition, Verizon representatives will discuss how mobile devices are becoming the go to device for dinner menu recipes, grocery planning, finding the best burger in a new city, counting calories, and even making a reservation at a local restaurant. At the end of the night, Verizon will be giving away a mobile device to one lucky participant.
