Please join Edina Hockey’s U12B White Storm for Lemonade to benefit Moose Lake’s Megan Wegge
Saturday June 18, 1:00 - 4:30 pm
LOCATED IN FRONT OF STEELE FITNESS - 50TH & FRANCE - EDINA MN
Megan Wegge participated in the U12B State Hockey tournament with her Moose Lake hockey team. Megan hadn’t been feeling well, but was a trooper and skated with her team. Just after the tournament, she was diagnosed with Embrynol Sarcoma, liver cancer.
The Edina U12B White Storm also participated in that state tournament. When they saw this article in the Star Tribune on Megan they decided to do something to benefit the Wegge family.
In addition to Lemonade, the White Storm will be selling tickets to the Hockey Dreams Foundation 1st Annual All Star Charity Hockey game.
All Star game is Thursday June 23rd, 7pm at the Dakotah Ice Arena, 2100 Trail of Dreams, Prior Lake MN
Tickets are $5, all proceeds of tickets sold by the White Storm will go to the Megan Wegge Family Benefit.
The Moose Lake and Edina White Storm girls will scrimmage between the second and third period of the game.
If you are unable to attend, and would like to make a donation, checks made out to the Megan Wegge Family Benefit can be sent to:
