The Morningside Neighborhood Association will hold its 8th Annual Meeting on Sunday, October 9, 2011, from 4:45-6:00 p.m. in the Weber Park Warming House. Meeting will include a presentation from guest speaker City Manager Scott Neal, election of steering committee, and discussion of neighborhood interests and concerns.
