Southdale Center and The Delta SkyMiles Credit Card from American Express are teaming up with the Salvation Army to help underprivileged families prepare for the upcoming holiday season.
Starting October 8, shoppers are invited to shop for themselves and give new clothing, shoes, toys and electronics and needed items to others via donations to the Salvation Army collected at Simon Guest Services located in Center Court.
Those who contribute and present their receipt will be automatically entered into a sweepstakes for a chance to win a Black Friday priority parking spot at Southdale Center for one winner and a friend, as well as a $25 American Express® Gift Card. Participants do not have to be Delta SkyMiles Credit Cardmembers to enter the sweepstakes. The two parking spots will be available to the winner and guest from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday, November 25.

Delta SkyMiles Credit Cardmembers will receive priority perks at the Cardmember Club located in the Macy’s Court at Southdale Center on Saturday, October 8 from noon – 5 p.m. These perks include:
- Discounts at various mall stores

- Complimentary snacks from California Pizza Kitchen and Caribou Coffee
- Complimentary tote bags and baggage tags
- Massages courtesy of Aveda
To enter the lounge, Cardmembers simply need to show their Delta SkyMiles Credit Card from American Express.
Begins Saturday, October 8. Donations will be accepted through October 15 at Simon Guest Services in Center Court. Priority parking winner will be chosen October 16.
