Skate with the Hornets

's JV and Varsity Boys hockey teams will be spending an afternoon at Cornelia Park on Sunday, Feb. 5, to support a local charity.

The Hornets will skate with kids of all ages, sign autographs and talk hockey from 1:30-3:30 p.m. The goal of the event is to both connect with local children and raise donations for local food shelf Volunteers Enlisted to Assist People (VEAP). Skaters are asked to bring a suggested donation of a bag (large or small) of non-perishable food items for the VEAP food shelf. Cash donations will also be accepted.
