One of Minnesota’s top civil litigating firms, the Minneapolis law firm of O’Meara, Leer, Wagner & Kohl, is announcing two new hires as part of its efforts to build and strengthen the Firm. Managing Shareholder Shamus O’Meara says the Firm is adding new Associate Attorney Lauren Clausen to its workers’ compensation team, and improving its office operations with the hire of Shantel Schmale as Firm Administrator. This comes just several months after O’Meara was named to head the Firm along with the announcement of five leadership promotions. Since its founding over 40 years ago, the firm of O’Meara, Leer, Wagner & Kohl has gained a national reputation for its enviable track record in business, commercial, education, workers’ compensation and insurance-related litigation.
“We are very proud to have Shantel Schmale lead us as our new Firm Administrator and Lauren Clausen as our newest Associate Attorney. They will help us to continue to provide excellent legal service with the highest degree of professionalism on behalf of our clients,” said O’Meara.
Recently O’Meara, Leer, Wagner & Kohl embarked on an innovative office redesign to accommodate these new employees and to “work better and work smarter.” O’Meara says the remodel enhances the Firm’s client services and improves its work flow with “team centered” working spaces. The Firm also recently celebrated its dedication to community service, advocating for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families across Minnesota.
