'Old-Timey Morningsiders' Remember Their School
About 100 people with connection to the former Morningside Elementary got together at the Weber Field warming house Saturday to reminisce and catch up.
Saturday's "Morning for Old-Timey Morningsiders" offered alumni of the former Morningside Elementary a chance to recall fond memories of their school.
The school was located on Grimes Ave and West 42nd Street in Edina, near Weber Park. It was torn down in 1979 to make way for newer facilities.
