Series of Workshops Explore the Hidden Physical Toll of Unprocessed Grief

Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist and retired nurse practitioner Jacqueline Werket is leading a series of workshops on delayed grief over the next couple of months.

She will shine a light on how recovery flourishes within community not in isolation. Attendees will leave knowing the definition of delayed grief, the causes, the triggers and signs so that they can recognize it in themselves and others.

Jacqueline will also share her personal story, which is highlighted in her memoir, “A Grief Postponed.”
