• Anfinson honored with Hubbard School award (swiftcountymonitor.com) — Elbow Lake gets a proud mention as Grant County Herald co-owner Reed Anfinson receives the Hubbard School's top Award for Excellence in journalism. The longtime Minnesota newspaper advocate, who bought the Herald in 2014, is being recognized for decades of leadership in rural community journalism and public service, including statewide and national roles supporting small-town newspapers like Elbow Lake's.
