• Farmington Police Release Description Of Vehicle In Fatal Hit-And-Run (patch.com) — Farmington police are urgently asking for tips to find a silver or gray 2008–2011 Ford Focus involved in a fatal hit-and-run on Highway 50 at Dushane Parkway that killed a 13-year-old Apple Valley boy. Investigators say the car should have front-end and passenger-side damage and a missing passenger-side mirror; anyone with information is urged to call Farmington police.
   

• Calls grow to change intersection after a deadly hit-and-run on Highway 50 near Farmington (kstp.com) — Community pressure is mounting to fix the Highway 50 and Dushane Parkway intersection near Farmington, which police now call an “intersection of concern” after multiple serious crashes, including last week’s deadly hit-and-run. Farmington police still seek a silver 2008–11 Ford Focus and are urging residents to contact the department with any information as county and city leaders weigh possible safety changes.
