40-year Term for Driver Who Killed Fridley Mom, Sons

A judge gave a 40-year sentence Friday to Rufus Onel Victor, the man who killed on Dec. 5, when his car crashed into theirs while he was fleeing police in Minneapolis, according to the Star Tribune.
