'Drop Dead Diva' with Fridley's Brooke Elliot to Return to Lifetime Channel
The cable network is reviving the cancelled series starring the Fridley native, media sources report.
Fridley native Brooke Elliot will be back on the small screen now that Lifetime Television has revived the comedy-drama she stars in, Drop Dead Diva.
The Hollywood Reporter said Lifetime reversed its January decision to drop the show.
Bring Me the News reported that while Fridley is Elliot's birthplace, she grew up nearby in Blaine and out of Minnesota.
