• Northwest Metro Wastewater Expansion Would Raise Capacity From 43 Million to 67 Million Gallons a Day (town.news) — A major regional wastewater lift station is proposed to move from Brooklyn Park to a new, larger facility in Fridley, boosting capacity from 43 to 67 million gallons per day. State regulators have extended the public comment period through October 12, giving Fridley and northwest metro residents more time to weigh in on environmental impacts, infrastructure needs, and long-term growth planning.
