• Goodhue County Fair Announces 2026 Schedule with Grandstand Events and Saturday Fireworks (news-press.com) — Goodhue County residents can start planning now for the 2026 Goodhue County Fair, running August 11–15 at the fairgrounds just north of Zumbrota with nightly grandstand shows and Saturday fireworks. The fair features 4-H and open class exhibits, agricultural demonstrations, live music in the Beer Garden, and upgraded livestock and commercial buildings that support year-round community use. 
• SEMAC Announces Grant Opportunity for Artists and Culture Bearers in the Schools (goodhuemn.com) — Artists, culture bearers, and schools in Goodhue County can now apply for SEMAC’s Artists and Culture Bearers in the Schools grants, offering $2,000–$4,000 residencies that supplement K–12 arts programs. The council also provides free grant help in multiple languages through partners including Hispanic Outreach of Goodhue County, with applications due September 30 or November 30.
