• Red Knights own three of the top six spots to win Section 6AAA boys golf title (hometownsource.com) — Jordan’s Ridges of Sand Creek will host the Class AA state golf tournament, while Benilde-St. Margaret’s just captured the Section 6AAA boys title at Mystic Lake. The Red Knights placed three golfers in the top six and outshot top-ranked Edina and Wayzata. State tournament play runs June 9-10 at courses across Minnesota.

• Morris 'Wayne' Adkins (ingstadmedia.com) — Jordan residents are invited to honor Morris “Wayne” Adkins with visitation and funeral services this Friday, June 5, at Ballard Sunder Funeral & Cremation on First Street West, followed by private burial at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Jordan. The longtime truck driver, Air Force veteran, and outdoorsman is remembered for his humor, dedication to family, and community involvement.
