ā¢ Electric vehicle infrastructure (state.mn.us) ā Lake Elmo drivers now have a fast-charging station at the Kwik Trip off I-94, funded through Minnesotaās National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) program. MnDOT is opening a new round of grants through November for more highway charging sites statewide, outlining application steps, timelines, and how vendors can compete for a share of more than $40 million.
