For those families who live in the Oak Hills Elementary attendance area and have children who will be age 5 on or before September 1, 2011. Kindergarten Information Night will include meeting the Oak Hills Principal, Mr. Labatte, and presentations by our District Nurse who will let you know about the State required immunizations for children before starting school, our bus company supervisor who will answer questions regarding bussing, the Director of the KidZone and Kindergarten Plus programs who will talk about the options available for daycare and/or the all-day kindergarten program, and our kindergarten teachers who will talk about the kindergarten curriculum and what parents can do to prepare children for kindergarten. If you have a child that is, or will be, of kindergarten age for the 2011-2012 school year, and you have not received a kindergarten packet with enrollment forms, please call the Oak Hills Office at 952-232-2500.
