Ballot Set for Maple Grove City Council Race
Six candidates have filed to fill two city council vacancies.

The general election ballot is set for the Maple Grove City Council race.
The city of Maple Grove has two councilmember seats expiring on Dec. 31., and six candidates have successfully filed to fill one of those seats.
According to the Minnesota Secretary of State website, the six candidates who filed are: Kristy Barnett, Adam Bedard, Dave Brown, Jeffrey A. Drayton, Judith A. Hanson, and Sherri Marie Johnson.

Their names will be on the ballot for the Nov. 8 Election Day.
The term for the two seats begins Jan. 2, 2017 and lasts four years.
