Listings Down in Maple Grove
For sale, and rental listings are down compared with 2011.
House's listed for sale were down by 9.6 percent in January, and inventory of homes for sale were down by 27.9 percent compared to 2011.

This may be the time to list your home if you have that in your plans. Listing your home now, when there are fewer choices can be a wise move. The number of rental listings is also down compared to 2011, so if renting was an option for you, it is also a great time to list as a rental.
