Maple Grove Days Business Opportunities

Maple Grove Community Organization host Maple Grove Days community festival July 10-14.  As Maple Grove grows so does the festival, with new businesses coming into the area seeking to promote themselves and increase public awareness Maple Grove Days offers the perfect opportunity.  The festival offers 3 opportunities for businesses, churches and organization to join the festivities, the Business Expo, Silent Auction, or sidewalk sales around Maple Grove.

The Business Expo is the perfect setting to meet the citizens of Maple Grove and surrounding communities as well as share information, flyers, samples all promoting your business.  The Expo has a wide variety of vendors; store front, health, banking, building, home-based, church, political, community organizations and more.  The Business Expo is held on Saturday, July 13 at the Maple Grove Community Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Last year over 8,000 patrons visited more than 130 booths.  Each vendor is requested to provide freebies for the children.  Music echoes through the halls as the “Medicine Show” entertains both visitors and vendors. MGCO would like to promote our wonderful community by adding the participation of local businesses to the festival with a Citywide Maple Grove Days Sidewalk Sales on Friday July 12.  There is no fee to participate in the Maple Grove Days Sidewalk Sales, no application form to submit.  However, if you plan to participate, your
business should abide by all guidelines established by any individual management companies; state and local health permits, Maple Grove City Code (Sec. 36-482 1C, available at www.maplegrovemn.gov click on community profile) and the American Disability Act (Chapter 1341.Minnesota Accessibility Code; 1341.0422, Subpart 3, Item B.) a minimum clear width for an exterior accessible route shall be 48 inches (four feet) walk way access on any public walkway. 

Our “Showcase” silent auction offers one more way to join the community festival.  The auction offers an inexpensive and relatively simple way for your business to support Maple Grove Days as well as promoting your business. Donors and items will be listed on the “Showcase” page of the website as well as at the Community Center prior to the festival.  Auction booth will be available for bids on Saturday, July 13.  To become a donor of the auction go to contact us at www.maplegrovedays.com
