New Rental Fees, Annual Housing Report

With a new year upon us, it is a good time to look at new rules, and laws that may impact us. The city of Maple Grove now has new rental requirements, and pricing for its licensing. This now covers the licensing for three years. Here is a link for the license application. 

The 2011 annual report for the Twin Cities housing market is out, sales were up 8.2 percent, inventory was down, and prices were off by 11.7 percent. Maple Grove sales were up 6.6 percent. Here is a link to the full report.
