Hello this is Grandmaster Lee the head instructor at the World Taekwondo Academy of Maple Grove and U.S. National Team coach. I was blessed to have an opportunity to be one of the Olympic coaches for London for the sport of Taekwondo and want to share my experience with everyone in Maple Grove. I have been in Miami for a few days for a training camp and the team is looking great. Today we did a mock trial of what it will be like in London so it's going to be a long day. First session done and now have some time to rest and hang out. We leave for London on Tuesday and can't wait.
