Child Dies In Osseo: Sheriff's Office Begins Investigation

OSSEO, MN — A child died last week following a medical incident. At about 8:12 p.m. on June 13, Osseo police officers and fire fighters responded to a medical emergency involving a child at the 8700 block of Jefferson Highway.

When first responders arrived they began medical care. Responding North Memorial Medical Center paramedics pronounced the victim deceased at the scene. The Hennepin County Sheriff's Office is investigating the incident.

The victim's name has not been released.
