🚨 LOST THERAPY DOG – LOCATION UPDATE: BASS LAKE / SCHMIDT LAKE, PLYMOUTH 🚨

Putter is still missing, now for almost a week, but there were SIX reliable sightings called in on Sunday! 🙏

Putter is an 8-year-old male Boston Terrier, about 21 lbs, black and white with some brindle, wearing a RED COLLAR WITH TAGS. He's normally very friendly, but he's been chased several times and is very scared.

Missing since: Monday, Oct. 12, 2026
Case managed by: The Retrievers

📍 SIGHTINGS (most recent first)
• Sunday, Oct. 18: six reliable sightings around Bass Lake and Schmidt Lake in Plymouth, near the Maple Grove border, east of 494. He was moving fast, north and south of both lakes.
• Earlier in the week: the Swan Lake neighborhood in Plymouth (42nd Pl N and Northwest Blvd, off Rockford Rd)
• Got away near W Medicine Lake Dr & 28th Ave N, Plymouth

The Retrievers have put up cameras, left food, and the drone will be flying again.

⚠️ IF YOU SEE HIM
• Please Don't yell, call to him, chase, or approach.
• If you can, watch him from where you are and call right away so you can tell the team which way he goes. WE CAN’T AFFORD TO LOSE HIS LOCATION.
• Note the exact location, time, and direction he was heading.
The team needs him to settle in one area so they can safely trap him.

🙏 HOW YOU CAN HELP
• If you live in Plymouth or Maple Grove, especially near Bass Lake, Schmidt Lake, or Swan Lake, please check your doorbell, security, and trail cameras, especially overnight and early morning, and call with any footage.
• Check under decks, porches, and sheds, in window wells, and in open garages.

📞 REPORT SIGHTINGS: (320) 492-7804
Please call sightings in directly instead of posting exact locations in the comments. It keeps people from rushing to the spot and scaring him off again.

If you have a pet of your own, please look for Putter the way you'd want others to look for yours. 🐾

Thank you all so much. Please share to Plymouth and Maple Grove groups to help bring him home!
