HASTINGS, MN — The following people were booked at the Dakota County Jail on Tuesday after their arrests.

Jamisha Shanay Mallard, arrested by Eagan police on suspicion of theft.

Tyler Michael Fjelstad, arrested by Burnsville police on suspicion of financial transaction card fraud.

Holly Elizabeth Kuehl, arrested by Burnsville police on suspicion of driving after license revocation.

Tabitha Ann Defreitas, arrested by West St. Paul police on suspicion of drug possession.

Tiffany Jean Flemming, arrested by Eagan police on suspicion of drug possession.

Terren John Ausen, arrested by Rosemount police on suspicion of receiving stolen property.

Chad David Balluff, arrested by Apple Valley police on suspicion of "Fails to Mail Verification Form w/ 10 Days or Report During Month of Birth."
