PAYNESVILLE, MN — A Paynesville neighborhood was evacuated early Friday after a fiery incident involving a semi-trailer carrying hazardous materials. No injuries were sustained, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. A semi truck was traveling westbound on Highway 23 in Paynesville Township when the semi's trailer caught on fire.
