Hemlock Lane Restrictions Due to Water Main Repairs

Editor's note: The following information was provided by the in an email alert to residents Monday, April 16, 2012:

Starting today (Monday, April 16th), the northbound direction of Hemlock Lane at East Fish Lake Road will be restricted to one lane. All northbound traffic will be shifted to the left turn lane through this intersection due to required water main repairs.

The signal system at Hemlock Lane and East Fish Lake Road will be placed on all red flash during this time, essentially turning this intersection into an all way stop. Note that southbound Hemlock will have all lanes open, but will still have to stop at the signal at East Fish Lake Road. 

This will cause congestion and backups during the morning and afternoon rush hour periods. It is anticipated that the work will be complete by Thursday and all lanes of traffic reopened sometime on Thursday.
