Maple Grove Area Halloween Sex Offender Safety Map

NORTHWEST METRO — Before kids go out trick or treating on Halloween, fall is a good time to take an inventory of who is living in your neighborhood. The northwest Twin Cities metro has a number of level-three registered sex offenders listed on the Minnesota Sex Offender Registry.

Pins on the map below represent a generalized address of offenders convicted of sex crimes, provided by the Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC). State authorities discloses information on predatory offenders on a case-by-case basis.

Roll your cursor over the pins, and you will see more information pop up, including convictions and the age of victim at the time of the offense.

You may want to avoid trick or treating at these houses and apartments on Halloween, or merely be aware of who's living in your neighborhood during the rest of the year.
