Maple Grove Planning Commission Preview
The planning commission is scheduled to hear about a possible new business at The Fountains at Arbor Lakes and the status of a plan for Dunkirk Square at its Feb. 10 meeting.
The Maple Grove Planning Commission is scheduled to meet Monday, Feb. 11, 2013 at the Government Center.
According to the agenda, the following items are scheduled for consideration or review.

- Rainbow Foods Outlot at Dunkirk Square. “PUD Concept Plan Amendment and Development Stage Plan for the purpose of constructing a 10,168 s.f multi-tenant retail building.” Postpone indefinitely.
Great Southern Bank
- “PUD Concept Amendment and Development Stage Plan for the purpose of constructing a 6,172 s.f. bank” at behind Office Max and PetSmart at The Fountains of Arbor Lakes.
If the planning commission should recommend action on any of the items, it will then move on to the Maple Grove City Council for approval.
