Maple Grove Women Seek Votes to Become Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders
The Minnesota Vikings will form a 20-member cheerleading squad from 52 candidates.
Two women from Maple Grove are among the candidates vying for spots on the 2013 Minnesota Vikings cheerleader roster.
The Vikings website, which identifies the cheerleader candidates only by their first names and first initials of their last names, is asking visitors to vote for candidates to determine who will make the team.
Maple Grove residents Jacqui S and Lauryn P are candidates No. 3 and No. 14 of 52 candidates looking for a spot on the 20-woman team. Voting ends at 9 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24, 2013.
