COON RAPIDS, MN — Friends, family, and community members are coming together to raise money after a 13-year-old died in a crash involving a train in Coon Rapids. Chason J. Catchings Chivers Jr., 13, of Coon Rapids was <a href="https://patch.com/minnesota/maplegrove/13-year-old-killed-coon-rapids-train-crash" target="_blank" rel="noopener">struck and killed</a> by a Metro Transit Northstar commuter train Friday evening.
