Police Respond to Crash in Maple Grove, Close Down Intersection

A serious crash has resulted in the closing of the County Road 81 and Elm Creek Boulevard intersection in Maple Grove.

The Maple Grove Police responded to a serious motor vehicle crash today at the intersection of County Road 81 and Elm Creek Boulevard.

The Minnesota State Patrol is in the process of investigating the crash.

Authorities say the intersection will be shut down for approximately three hours and hope to have it open again early this evening.

Officials are asking motorists to avoid this intersection and use alternate routes during this time.
