852 COVID-19 Deaths Confirmed As Minnesota Nears 20,000 Cases

The Minnesota COVID-19 death toll increased by 10 Saturday as the state nears 20,000 total cases.

ST. PAUL, MN — The Minnesota Department of Health confirmed 10 deaths from COVID-19 in the last 24 hours as the number of cases of the virus nears 20,000 since the pandemic began. The state added 847 cases to its total Saturday.

Since testing began, the state has administered 189,493 COVID-19 tests.

  • Hospitalized in ICU as of Thursday: 215

Patients no longer needing isolation: 13,485
