'Frosty Is Sad Because He’s Starting To Melt,' NWS Confirms

TWIN CITIES, MN — Slowly but surely, spring is coming to Minnesota. "We know you’re sad because it's Monday, but Frosty is sad because he’s starting to melt," the National Weather Service confirmed Monday.

High temperatures will hit 45 degrees on Saturday, according to the latest forecast.
